Welcome to the Nortd Labs Lasersaur store. Please find here all the "Nortd Labs" components for your own laser cutter. By design very few custom parts are necessary. Most parts are off-the-shelf and can be ordered directly from a general supplier. See BOM for details.
MechParts
Parts CNC-cut from 6mm aluminium with various tapped mount holes. Lead time is about 2 weeks.
DriveBoard Assembled
The DriveBoard fully assembled and tested, without stepper drivers or BeagleBone. Lead time is about 2 weeks.
DriveBoard PCB
The DriveBoard PCB for diy-assembly (through-hole soldering skills required). The board is high-quality immersion silver with a matt black finish. Required components can be found in the BOM. Lead time is about 2 weeks.
Lasersaur Nozzle
This nozzle imporves on the "end cap nozzle" in several ways.
- mates with ThorLabs 1" tubing system
- low profile, compatible with down to 60mm focus length lenses
- steep internal angle so a misaligned laser beam will be reflected downwards
- 20mm vertical range
- replaces three BOM items (SM1V05, SM1V10, SM1CP2M, about USD 70)
- requires additional two lock rings (2x SM1NT, USD 15) (if you have ordered the standard bom you should already have them)
- lightweight
Lead time is about 2 weeks.
Lens and Mirrors Pack
Tested, low-cost, 25mm optics componenets. One ZnSe lens with 76.2mm (3") focal length and three super-durable copper mirrors. Lead time is about 2 weeks.
